The 2026 Leadership Experience: "Prepared to Lead: Building Today for Tomorrow's Legacy - Equipping, Aligning and Transitioning with Purpose" is open to all members of the Eta Omicron Omega and Sigma Mu Chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated ®. This retreat, as all others that have come before it, is expected to be an unforgettable experience that will provide you with the chance to learn, develop, and strategize for the forthcoming fiscal year, as well as to form a bond with our sorority sisters. Please reserve your calendars for our kickoff on Friday, August 21st and on Saturday, August 22nd, where we will be hosting a full day of leadership training, cuisine, and entertainment.
